Good Morning sweet ladies,

PENELOPE is her name............until we find out it is a boy........then we will
have to change it a bit.

just came in from walking around the farm..........in my night clothes and flip flops..........a farm girls dream. I am thankful I can live it on Sat. and Sunday mornings.  We be leaving for church in a couple hours. I haven't said much about church.......but we have started going to a small HOME fellowship.   This fellowship is something we have looked and prayed for......... for a long time. We are learning lots of Hebrew.......and the meanings behind the scriptures.  Learning the pictorial Hebrew is opening our eyes as we are dividing the word. We are growing so much. We have walked with the Lord for 30 plus years. As a family we feel like everyday each of us has a chance to know our Father better. We have not been this encouraged in a long time. I love this verse,

Colossians 1 9-13
And so, from the day we heard, we have not ceased to pray for you, asking that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, so as to walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to Him, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God. May you be strengthened with all power, according to His glorious might, for all endurance and patience with joy, giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified you to share int eh inheritance of the saints in light. He has delivered us from the domain of darkness and transferred us to the kingdom of His beloved Son.......

Yesterday the family came the day was full..........of fun. They have 4 children, the baby stayed with Grandma. Three little girls............who love horses........baby kitties........baby ducks and baby chicks.

You will see in the pictures that it was a wonderful day. Taylor gave lessons about caring for her horses. The children are also home schooled and so this will be a HOME lesson I am sure this next week on what all did they learn.

Tay taught them, before we ride we need to comb and brush the horse.

Kansas seems to really love horses. She kept nibbling on her neck and hat. It was really sweet to watch.

Now to lead Kansas around..........it was bonding time. Kansas did really well.

Kansas, Momma and daughter..........this is what we want Prairie Flower Farm to be all about. Investing in other's lives.........to bring glory to God........ as we encourage families.

Baby kitties.

The baby kittens were loved on........big time.

I didn't get very many pictures of our lunch in the potter's shed.......to busy just trying to get it on the table. I will post the few I have later.

I have to many roosters on the farm...... so we loaded a Momma Hen and a Daddy Rooster in the back of the families truck. They have a coop ready. I also gave them straw and a bag of food...........that will help until they can get established. My prayer is that the Momma Hen would lay on some eggs for them. That would be a really special thing.

Well I am running out of time.........need to get ready to go to church..........it was a fun day. I have a few more pictures and will save that for another post.

Enjoy your day.........know that you have been prayed for............I truly heart you ladies.

Oh and thank you sweet lady that donated to Vitaliy's adoption fund........our family has been blessed. Praying that you will be blessed for giving.

Hugs from my farm to your Home and may you all have a very special SONday.

Linda

  3. I am glad you had a nice day!!
The kitten is absolutely adorable. I love kittens!
I hope you are surviving the heat today. I gave in and turned on the air. It's too windy to have the windows all open. Watch out for storms today and try not to get blown away.

  4. It looks like Taylor thoroughly enjoyed that. I am always amazed at what gorgeous creatures horses are - and what an awesome Creator we have who thought them up and made them!
