Living in darkness is so sad and we should all take your advice and read the Word. I do a little study by myself each day and it helps take the edge off the sad situation I work in each day! I like the question about satan. I also love the Scripture explaining in Luke 10:18 how satan did fall like lightening from heaven. How different he would have been had he not tried to compete with the Lord!
Cake looks yummy! Must try that for the next fall gathering!I make a jello dessert my grandson Colton loves. I noticed the empty serving dish in the sink this morning! I think my older son finished it off! I am glad that they like it so well!
I noticed one of the boys wearing shorts in your photo! That would be my son Jeremy! He is running his fan in the bedroom and it is 30 degrees outside! Brrr.....
Nick arrived safely here and now back at school. He met his friend Anna from Croatia. She is a tennis player and had a similar flight from Colorado Springs to Wichita. I am glad they are safely back at school. Praise God for Eli (he is from Wichita)who picked them up and returned them to school. The bus did not arrive until six p.m. and their flights were early morning ones. The flights to Wichita from Denver are few and far between!
I love knowing you and wish you a beautiful and peaceful week. God Bless each Stubbs phamily member today and everyday! We also have been blessed. Our kids have gone up the lane to their Grandparent's house on Wednesdays for lunch, since they were toddlers. My husband's mom started it I think when our third child was born, and she wanted to give me a break. She would keep them a good portion of the afternoon. Our oldest is now seventeen, and they still go up most weeks. I look forward to someday doing something similar for my grandkids if the Lord tarries. I'm glad you and your husband are helping hide God's word in their hearts in addition to having loads of fun.

Thanksgiving blessings (a little late),
MichelleMichellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00868612635336893727noreply@blogger.com
