In our country lived (years ago) many farmers in the summer in the summer house. It was a small house in the yard of the farm.In my country is much wind and too cold for spring. I have sown vegetables in the garden, but do not have a greenhouse. So, I hope that it gets a bit warmer. How lucky to get a stove and fridge for your outside canning area.
We still haven't planted out potatoes either, we had a few days of hot but it's gone back to cold again - will this winter ever end!!EMMAhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02900165967124695510noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6551696592048647882.post-613072453996661152013-04-18T23:25:23.539-05:002013-04-18T23:25:23.539-05:00This should be a great help during the summer. I have sweet memories of making corn on the cob on the outside stove, then slathering butter on it and feasting until I was content. Oh the simple pleasures of farm living. Good night my neighbor!Runner61https://www.blogger.com/profile/08290344166437217246noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6551696592048647882.post-73517107964558100842013-04-18T22:41:50.723-05:002013-04-18T22:41:50.723-05:00Hello...A summer kitchen? Always canned peaches, pears, cherries and vegetables were on the shelves out there to be taken to the basement for winter. Sometimes there were fresh baked cookies, too...especially Molasses!

You are going to have the best summer!
SusannahSusannahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08760379367756142891noreply@blogger.com
