Ready To Eat....... And Give Away
Here is the picture I told you I would post of the bread! I let it set over night in the fridge. I also fixed up a little gift for our friend Alicia. We are going to the Abbeyville Rodeo tonite together and Alicia will be so happy to get some Lemon Verbena Bread. Wish I could give a gift to each one of you also! Tell me what you think if you ever make this recipe up. I would love to see your pictures of any of your recipes using herbs. Enjoy your weekend.
I'm trying to leave a comment again...Very beautiful bread. Love your pictures.
ReplyDeleteWell, let me know if this makes it to you.

Thank you Jill, You are so welcome It has been a pleasure and just plain "fun" to of been on your conference. I am sure that the Lord will use all the ladies talks for His Glory! Your family is so precious! Blessings!
ReplyDeleteLinda, I have made this bread several times and given it away once as a gift. The recipient was delighted with it and said it was too special for her to eat by herself so she invited ladies over to share it with. It is my favorite bread and I LOVE the lemon verbena plant. I have one growing in my garden and all I have to do is brush by it and this heavenly scent of lemon comes floating up to my nose. I know God must have fields of it in heaven! I would like to know how long you bake the mini muffins for when you make it that way and do you use the same temp as the bread? Thank you so much!
