ANOTHER BOUQUET OF FLOWERS

Hello everyone,
Just another reminder to tell you about the Clothespin giveaway. Scroll down to July 23. and leave a comment! Thank you to all of you who have already signed up!!!! Hope you are all enjoying your summer. It was absolutely beautiful today!! Woke up to cool and crisp weather outside.

I was given another bouquet of flowers. My oldest came in with a beautiful bouquet. I thought I would share with you. I have been so busy around here designing two new fabric designs and haven't been able to be outside much. It was a wonderful treat to walk around, hear the birds singing and take pictures. Hope you enjoy what I saw.

I am selling these signs at Farmer's Market. Really fun to do. See the sweet bouquet? Love it!!

Check out this little "dude". I jumped....I let him stay and share my flower's.
I am sure he is eating bad bugs.

Next year the flowers will spread even more I hope.

I just joined Mary Jane Farm Connection.I am meeting so many wonderful farmgirls!!!! Anyone that likes gardening, farming, sewing, quilting, talking or writing, encouragement, and so on. Go and check it out!!!!! It is so neat. She has a lot going on over there!

Well back to painting. You all pray for me. I am getting tired. Wal Mart will be in next week to look at the collections at the company I license my artwork with. Hope they take them!! I need the Lords blessing. Thank you for praying.
Blessings,
Linda

  3. Hi Linda! Your place looks so nice!! It reminds me of my parent's place. I wanted to mention how I really love the woodchips around your flowers. We use beauty bark and it's not the greatest. Maybe we'll change, who knows? ;)

On a sidenote, I went to MaryJanesFarm website...duh, don't know why I didn't before! I have all of her books and get her magazine regularly. Anywho, I wanted to let you know I'm starting my own FarmGirl Chapter thanks to you! I'll be blogging about it tomorrow.

    Thanks again!

  4. Good Morning Linda!

What a blessing those flowers are! How sweet! They are just beautiful. I love the garden sign too! Do you have an etsy shop? I know that you already have so much going on :) I can't wait to see what you're working on as well and will keep you in prayer :)

    Have a blessed day!

  6. I love your flowers! I too am partial to using 'found' objects from the barn and around the farm for planters - buckets are a favorite! I also have some old wooden boxes that would be great planters for next year (thanks for that idea!). You'll be in my prayers regarding your designs. I think it's wonderful you are following a dream - I'm inspired by you and pray for your success! -Tammy p.s. I found that interesting about your grandpa's burro in Alaska! As I was telling my hubby about that, he informed me that tobacco was used years ago for worming animals. Interesting stuff! And to think the little burro would willingly eat a cigar... ewww! That was a nice smile this morning.. thank you :)
