Twig and Leaf Are Growing!

Hello Sweet Ladies,

You can see that Twig and Leaf are growing........and very much acting like sheep!!!!!!! They have had me running around the farm this morning....... catching them and getting them back in their pen.

They are on the wrong side of the fence!

They were eating my shasta daisies and blue salvia sage plant.......that can't happen!

My sheep are stubborn.....want to do their own thing.....and I have to go after them soon.......because if I don't they will run far from my farm and it will be more work to bring them back. They did that one other time and it was not a fun day! I would not let them just go and he was stronger, he could hold them and get them in the pen.

We made the fence stronger.......that will help.

Made me think of this precious verse.

What do you think? If a man has a hundred sheep, and one of them has gone astray, does he not leave the ninety-nine on the mountains and go in search of the one that went astray? And if he finds it, truly, I say to you, he rejoices over it more than over the ninety-nine that never went astray.  So it is not the will of my Father who is in heaven that one of these little ones should perish. Matthew 18: 12-14 ESV

Hope you are enjoying your day........it is very very cool here and had another good rain this morning. I walked in both gardens......things are growing beautifully because of the rain. I am so so excited that we finally got what we had prayed for. It has made a huge difference already! Thanking Jesus!

Thankful the Lord thought of rain!!!!!

Hugs from the farm,

Linda

  1. Oh my! Those little lambs are like having wandering toddlers around. But, they sure are cute! That verse reminds me that we are so much like His sheep who wandered far from the Lord. He goes and looks for us just as a shepherd will go look for his own lost sheep. Have a great evening!

  3. Yes, Jean, those babies are sure teaching me a lot about myself! Amazing how our Father talked so much about them. The seem to be wiggle warts. Always here and there.....so funny to watch them. You have a wonderful evening also. Our daughter got her drivers permit.....oh my last child of 5. The baby is growing up. She giggled and had so much fun driving on a dirt road home. Taking it slow! Hugs sweetie! me
