Just One More Day To Sign Up for party!

Good morning, 

Thank you for the prayers yesterday. Went to the chiropractor yesterday and it was wonderful. I try to go as long as I can, but when it is time to go I know it. Yesterday I felt like I had fog in my head......heehee, my family might have some things to say about that. Felling so much better today.

Here is another Review for Gooseberry Patch. Yesterday when we were out we picked up the strawberries and blueberries to make this dessert. I will use my chicken eggs to make the angel food cake and  I will make up homemade whip cream. You just have to do that if you live on a farm, whether you have a cow or not!!!!!!!! I am sure it is in the Farmer's Code......if there is such a thing. Probably not.

Chocolate-Berry Trifles

1 pt. blueberries, divided

1 pt. strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 angel food cake, cubed

1 cup chocolate syrup

12 oz container frozen whipped topping, thawed

In a bowl, crush 1/4 cup blueberries. Stir in remaining blueberries and strawberries. Place several cake cubes in the bottom of 10 clear serving cups or bowls. Top with a layer of berry mixture. Drizzle lightly with chocolate syrup, then top with a  layer of whipped topping. Repeat layers until each cup is full, ending with a layer of whipped topping and a light drizzle of chocolate syrup. Makes 10 servings.

Now you know the 4th is coming up and this would be sweet in the little clear solo cups. Stick a little paper flag on the top and how cute is that?

It has happened to me before. In order for me to leave a comment I back space and try it again. It always lets me go to the comments box. Just thought I would tell you, so you may try if you are all having problems.
