V said YES!!!! Praising the Lord!!!!!!

Today we are to get snow.........again.........so many of you have really received a lot already. Know that we will be praying for you! Lots of birds are needing some extra seed in the bird feeders. This is our cardinal that comes and eats with the female during snowy times. You are welcome to use this photo, if you would like.

Hello sweet ladies,

I received the precious box from my friend (soon I will be telling you who she is) in the mail. She made these adorable rings that will go as part of the fundraising idea for Vitaliy to come Home. They are so very sweet.......... as she perfects them we will have them available. It is getting real exciting around the Stubbies "HOMES". All of our family is helping get V. Home. I also made something that I am getting ready to use as a fundraiser. Until then I have put up a donation button, if you are interested in donating to his Home coming. So many have left me emails and comments that you want to help. Here is a way. Please, please feel absolutely NOOO pressure, if you can't that is fine, honest.........these are hard times for all of us and I understand it all so well! I love you all very much and I don't want any kind of hardship on your families. We covet your prayers mostly.....that is the best gift you can give our family, the orphans in the world and V. I will continue to keep you up on the ways you can pray. I am also working on the story of V.......he is such a sweet smiling little boy! I will have it in PDF form.

I listened to two Bible Studies yesterday. I have been going through a Beth Moore Bible Study at Oneplace.com on John The Baptist "Prepare the Way". It is free to listen to it and it's been wonderful. Be sure to have your Bible in front of you and follow along. I also have a little notebook to jot down notes. You will be blessed. If you want to start in the beginning of the series Start here. The date that she started the series was on December 13, 2010. If you can listen while you are doing housework, that is good also. I love having the Word surround me by listening to it. It makes a person strong for the battles of Life! As many of you know, Life is hard.......sometimes real hard. Yesterday as I was listening to the Bible Studies one verse stood out to me! The verse was in Zephaniah 3:17

The Lord your God is with you,
He is mighty to save
He will take great delight in you,
He will quiet you with His love,
He will rejoice over you with singing.

This will be V's cousin........love this pic. Our youngest grandchild and V.

I don't know about you ladies but this verse blesses my heart.........big time. I have read this verse before, but yesterday it seemed to sink in to the depths of my soul. To think of my Father in heaven finding me delightful? I don't use the word awesome very much........I save it for God.......it was one of those AWESOME MOMENTS! Some of us didn't have a Daddy that was good to us.......I was one of those.......but he was my Dad.......God saw at the beginning of time that he was to be my Father. As I look back I am so thankful that he did. I accepted Christ when I was 15 years old. I lived in a home with much strife and anger, but life was not like that for my honey Phil.......nor our children. They did not live with pain.....but God did use my upbringing in my life ...that I would learn to trust and love HIM more. God was never meant to be compared to our earthly fathers. So when I was going through the study yesterday..........I was thinking of our V.......who is parentless. I thought of our God........singing over every orphan child in this world! What a precious picture. In the study she talked about when both of your parents die and you have no one to tell you they love you like a parents does. That sometimes this will make you feel like you are an orphan. My honey experienced that. You see he worked side by side with his Momma (she died of cancer 1991) and his Daddy (2005) for many years farming. A gift to our children and ourselves!!!!! We have the memories of all the kindness they showed us by their actions. When they die that stopped, but it never stops with the Lord! He tells us in his Word...........a Wonderful thing!

I thought a lot about V yesterday. Then I received a call from T. J and T had just received a call from the adoption worker, and she said that Vitaliy said YES! In fact he said "strongly yes"!!!!!!! We had been waiting and now we can really move forward! So now V knows that they want to adopt him. I am so thankful that now he knows. He has been waiting for the last few weeks, because we could not say anything while he was here with. We also found out some disturbing news. I don't want to say what it is..........but the orphanage workers are telling lies to the children. Please please cover the children with prayers of protection and that they won't believe the lies but will believe truth and remember the love that the families gave them during the time in America!!!!! So at least he would be able to hear us say that we love him. It is all so sad....... the evil that is in this world. At Christmas time we received $150 from one of my "blogger families" who reads my blog. Some of that money will be used to buy a phone. Thank you sweet friend~ God does provide! We were so excited about the news and we will put our total trust in the Lord now. That He will complete the good work that He has begun and will bring V HOME! GOD IS CONTROL and we have to believe that. Now the work begins for J and T...... signing lots and lots of papers. We have heard of some real horror stories and so we are asking that there are no mistakes....that will happen on the papers. They say it can cost more, if the papers get delayed. We realize that satan hates adoption.........because it is a picture of what Christ wants to do for each one of us. He wants to adopt us through salvation.

Please pray that the Lord will give our family a straight path. Our goal is to give Vitaliy a Home that loves Jesus. Our prayer is that one day Vitaliy will accept JESUS, because V was bought with a price............JESUS CHRIST!

Praise the ONE!

Behold, I have engraved you on the palms of my hands; your walls are continually before me." Isaiah, 49:16

Our God will not forget the orphan...........what a wonderful promise!
I love this song. I know that as we walk this out... fear may hit us. We do not want to give way to fear. It is not from God! We want to stay steadfast at this time.

"But when the time had fully come, God sent his Son, born of a woman, born under law, to redeem those under law, that we might receive the full rights of sons. Because you are sons, God sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, the Spirit who calls out, "Abba, Father."
Galations 4:4-6

Praying your day will be blessed by the Lord........... know that I am so grateful for you!
Yesterday was such a busy day and I didn't get to come and visit many blogs. I had hoped to......but you know life. Another storm is coming through they say. I want to be ready with all my girly chickens so they are all safe. I will be coming later today to visit all who answered the 5 questions. Thank you so much for all the comments on "Getting to know you a little better". I loved it. I felt like each person that left a comment and each email...... let me into who you are..... a little bit. I so wish I could meet each and everyone of you in person.

Welcome to all the new followers......you have been noticed.......by me!

Hugs from our farm to your Home!

Linda
