Just Another Day........with Him In It.

Hello Sweet Ladies,

My Tressy called me over to where she was making strawberry frosting today at the college. She was cutting up the strawberries and this piece looked like a perfect heart. Thought you might enjoy. I gave it to a girl at the college to give to her soon to be husband..........I watched them giggle. I guess God knows why He put us at the there.......even if my heart is at my HOME. He always knows what He is doing........don't you think?

Do you have those days when you have impossible things in your life? I am so glad He is the God of my impossibilities. If you are in the same situation.....He will help you........if you ask. Just know that I pray for you and your family. I am so glad you are a part of my life.

It has been a quiet evening.........I was working outside after we got HOME.........noticed the chickens had been into my sweet peas and sugar peas.........naughty chickens........ if you ask me. I had to pen them up. I may have some spaces of the peas that were eaten, but I think they will still  look pretty when they all start blooming.

The sand hill plums are blooming here..........they are absolutely loaded with blossoms. We are to have a freeze on Sat. I hope it doesn't kill the plum. We had an abundance of plums last year. My Mother in Love always made Sand Hill Plum jelly for us........seemed to be on special occasions that she gave it. Now I make it for our kids..........I think hers was better.

Still working on a surprise for you all. The baby foal has gotten into my time. It's okay. She is beautiful and will be little only for a short time. She ran all over the field tonight.......jumping and hopping......... her Momma is always whinnying at her to come back. She is licking us on our faces. Silly little girl. God really blessed us when He gave us her.

Hugs from my farm to your HOME,

Linda

  3. Good morning Linda, Yes we are fortunate to have Him in our lives everyday come rain or come shine he is always with us.
I was wondering how dear sweet Ellianna is doing? I do hope that she is going to be home soon as I am sure her mama and daddy do too. Is is so good to know that like us he is with her too and her endearing parents.
Have an awesome day and I do hope that the plums don't get hit too hard. I remember when the apricot tree was in bloom a few years back and we had a deep freeze but it made it and we had soo.... many apricots. I almost think it was the best year in a long time for that tree. Go figure.
