Little Garden Gloves Giveaway!

I have a very sweet friend named Melissa, who I was able to meet when I first started blogging. She is having a contest. Her blog is called Lilac Lane by Melissa Stramel. I am also in a quilting blog group called a Dozen Quilters that Melissa started.

Melissa is having what she is calling Trimmed With Love contest

over at her blog. If you have something that you have made with trims, buttons or lace, go to her blog and put a picture up! She will be having a judging party! She has instructions on how to put your work up on her blog, so that it can be judged.

The little Garden Gloves in the picture above is what I made for the contest. I thought it would be fun to have a little contest here at Prairie Flower Farm also. It will go until this coming Friday June 4th at noon for the "Little Garden Gloves" shown in the picture.

  2. Let's see...I get FIVE votes I think...I'm commenting here..I am already a follower on Google Friend connect, I receive your emails to both my email accounts :) ):, I'm on your Facebook page..and I"m going to post a link to this giveaway on my Facebook profile page as well to tell my friends about it :) :) :) ..Oh I added the "blogaversary" button to my blog. I've decided that I really love blog buttons. They're cute and super fun...and probably one of the best types of "advrtising" I've seen...I'm honored to have a link to your site ;) :)..and I hope you get a LOTS of visitors :) :) :)

Okay enough about me...thanks for posting the info about the contest at LIlac Lane...I haven't made anything with lace, trim or buttons in a long time. I have an old cross-stitich that I made when I was 15...but I'm not sure that counts. I'll take a look at your friend's site though...because I really like the name...I love the Anne of Green Gables movies and the tv series spin-off Road to Avonlea..and you see lilacs a lot there...and on Mackinac Island in Michigan :) :) :)

So fun...Linda..I'm so happy for you and your blog. I'll pray for continued success. Thanks for being such a godly encourager and for all the stuff that you do :) :) THanks for being my friend :)

Much love and hugs, Heather :) :) :)
