The other day our son and his friend came out to cut wood. I was the one that helped with the slitter machine. We had to work with some wood that has huge thorns on it. We all were reminded of the physical pain that was endured for our freedom from sin. As I think of what Christ did at the cross for me, I am in awe of his sacrifice. I want Him to know that I am totally Thankful and Grateful to Him for paying the price and loving me so.
May the resurrection power be evident to you and yours not only this Good Friday, but everyday!
I love you all and know that each one of you are a gift in my life from Him and He wants you to know He truly loves you!
Blessings!

ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful way to be reminded of the price He paid for us, actually working with thorns. I only have one rose bush because I don't like thorns, and yet Christ wore a crown of thorns and gave His life for my sins. I loved this post.
ReplyDeleteHave a glorious Easter.
Blessings,
Marcia
