  1. Linda, love all the scriptures. Many times they are just what I need! May I ask what version of the Bible you use. I love the generlized, everyday language of the wording. I sometimes get to hung up in the thee and thos. Your version is so much easier to understand. My daughter has the Young Believers Bible and I also like that one. Thanks so much.

  4. Yes, sweet Linda, I have a scripture to share with you today! It is one of my most favorite(s).

“The LORD thy God in the midst of thee is mighty; he will save, he will rejoice over thee with joy; he will rest in his love, he will joy over thee with singing.” Zephaniah 3:17

Isn’t the LORD amazing and HE (Himself) is in our midst and HE is mighty! HE WILL SAVE! HE will REJOICE over YOU, my friend, with great JOY! There is REST in HIS LOVE and HE will have great JOY as HE sings over YOU!

Praying for the young gentleman who is in need of salvation. May Adonai remove the scales from his eyes, that he may experience the gift of salvation through the Blood of Jesus. May he find forgiveness and that perfect peace that only Our Heavenly Father can give.

    Love you!

  5. Hey Momma-
The verse that has been close to my heart recently is Isaiah 43:2: "When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you; when you walk through the fire you shall not be burned and the flame shall not consume you."

    Love you!

  6. Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal. 2 Corinthians 4:16-18

Linda: What would I do without you? God has placed you in my life! AND He has given us all of these beautiful flowers, kittens, chickens, kids etc. for our enjoyment! Love ya. Mary

  7. “But to the degree that you share the sufferings of Christ, keep on rejoicing, so that also at the revelation of His glory you may rejoice with exultation.” 1 Peter 4:13
The Lord gave this verse tome on Monday, worse day I have had in a long time. Please pray for Mary. She is my sister and she is undergoing many more tests in the hospital. Love and Hugs Anne

  8. HI sweet friend,
I've been missing you! It has been a hectic weekend and week so far and so I haven't been commenting on blogs like I like to. I've really missed getting my "inspiration" coming to you!
I have a verse! It's our monthly verse right now at church. I wrote it on my chalkboard in my kitchen so I see it ALL the time. Proverbs 30:5....I want you to look it up...I sound like a bossy teacher, huh? :0)
I appreciated your verse very much.
Hoping you are having a good week? When is your spring break? Are you so excited? Counting days?
So good to "talk" with you and touch base again.
Guess what? My momma is doing so well. Her feeding tube is going great and she is getting stronger all the time and very verbal and conversational. Knows all of us and we visit every day. God is good. When I visit her, I often think of you and your momma. :0) How is your sweet mom? I pray she is well.
    Blessings and hugs to you,
    Tanya
