My two precious Young Ladies!

Hello........... sweet ladies,

It is Saturday evening and the computer is WORKING tonight.....right now anyway............ so I thought I better hurry and get these pic's up for my grand daughters. They wanted me to put the pic's of them up on my blog. They had so much fun playing all day Friday with their dolls. One day they will love looking back on this day. I am thankful I was a part of it!

I trust that you will all have a wonderful SONday tomorrow.........I will. One more day and then we go back to the college kitchen. I sure feel rested......and I am thankful for the vacation...............have plans to make some CHRISTmas cookie bars for the kids at school. Only have to work for 2 weeks and then we are off again. I think I like this job! They said that we have accumulated some vacation time............are you kidding? When we had to farm.......you didn't get vacation time. Smile!

Hugs from my FARM to your HOME!

  1. Hi Linda,
I just love dropping by to visit you. I always feel right at home. It must be that friendly SW Missouri down home friendliness that we share.

I've two little girls of my own who have Vision Forum dolls. I'm making dresses and accessories for them for Christmas.

    Have a terrific week!

  2. Good Morning Laura.......thank you......you are so sweet to say the kind words. Made me feel good! I just love the Vision Forum dolls. What pattern are you using may I ask? I was thinking of sewing for the girls. They love Felicity from American Girl Dolls. Our daughter has one. Please let me know.

Hello Kim.......thank you.......I love them lots. When they come and stay we have Poppa sleep with the guys in the living room.........all over the floor. The girls pile in bed with Grammie......they turn the CHRISTmas lights on (we have a log canopy bed).........and we giggle, pray and read. It is a precious time. I always want them to come to our farm. Building the relationship now. Smile

Hugs to your days and thank you for leaving a comment! Linda

  9. Oh your granddaughters are beautiful. I have 2 and they love their dolls. I was going to get them dolls like these but their mommy said no dolls for Christmas this year they have too many. Maybe for their birthdays this next year. They are 4 and 5 so maybe they are too young for these kind of dolls. I enjoy when our grandchildren visit us for the weekends at our house in the woods. I have to admit I enjoy the girls the most. We have 4 grandsons all brothers and they wear me out...

  10. I think I left a comment here already :) :) :) Well, I'll leave another one... I'm so glad you could spend some time with your granddaughters... Oh, my dad went to visit a new church last Sunday. I stayed home and listened to an awesome sermon on-line. When he came back, he said the neatest thing and paid you a compliment at the same time...He said "The people are warm and friendly" Me "How warm and friendly?"...My dad replied "WArm and friendly like Linda Stubbs" :) :) That's high praise coming from my dad...and a nice compliment for you :) :) Love and hugs to you and the rest of the Family Stubbs from Oregon, Heather :)

  11. Precious, Precious!

    Beautiful! Beautiful!

May the Lord bless them and keep them (& all your grandchildren),
May the Lord make His face shine upon them,
    And be gracious to them;
The Lord lift His countenance on them, and
    give them peace.

Protect them, Heavenly Father, and may they grow in the wisdom, knowledge and faith of YOU daily....hungering and thirsting after YOU and righteousness; not looking to the right or left, and keep them from stumbling and their feet from evil.

Prepare them for the work You have intended them to do and for the mates You have ordained.

In Jesus' matchless name I pray. AMEN and AMEN

Blessings, love and prayers from GA,

    Becky
