Another Recipe~~~~Mom's Fruit Smoothies

Hello sweet ladies........time for another recipe from the

Good-for-You Everyday Meals Cookbook.....

for Gooseberry Patch and Prairie Flower Farm Party!!!!!!!

The party began June 19 and will end June 28th!

My sweet man has been farming outside and it has been real warm and muggy because of all the rain we have been receiving! We are so thankful to the Lord for His provisions! Thought this would be a nummy treat for him today! So Easy to make and most always have the ingredients on hand in your kitchen.

Mom's Fruit Smoothies

1 1/2 c. frozen peaches or strawberries
1 ripe banana, sliced
8 oz. container non fat vanilla yogurt.

Combine frozen fruit, banana and yogurt into a blender. Process until smooth; pour into tall glasses. Makes 3 serving.

My sweet man likes anything he drinks really cold, so I added some ice to his.

He loveddddddd it!

I also put all my ingredients in my food processor. It works great if that is all you have.

This would be a wonderful smoothie for your children on a
hot summer day!

If you haven't signed up for the party yet, please go here to see the rules and sign up please!!

It has been busy here on the farm......lots of little ones hatching!!!!!! This is my sweet Blue Momma Cochin!!!!!! So far we have 9 little ones! I will show you some more pics and another recipe soon! I get so excited when the Lord blesses our farm with life!!!!!!!

Blessings from the farm!!!!!

Linda
