  14. Linda, You have blessed my heart with this. I am so excited because I have just found your blog in the last week or so and have been printing out the 4 blocks hoping to have time after Christmas to stitch. Something I have not done in quite a while. Well not some cute stitching like this anyway. Love the quilt top. It is cute cute! I have so many projects in the works for Christmas gifts that I will have to set it all aside but I want to spend some snow days working on it! Thank you so much!

  17. Wow it looks gorgeous, I will have to get a move on and finish the stitcheries now! I am mainly a quilter, but I was a scrapbooker/card maker up until the fabric obsession completely took over, and I have been known to do some beading, and some cross stitch, and dabble in other bits and pieces too :)

  21. Hello Linda!

That quilt is fabulous! I love the bright, cheery colors! And this party is fun! I'm enjoying everyone's comments. I like to do all kinds of crafts, knitting, sewing, embroidery, cross stitch and I also like to scrapbook and make cards. One thing I've never been able to get the hang of is crocheting, and I hope some day I'll be able to figure that out! It's something I always associate with my Great Grandmother. I also hope to some day teach my only daughter how to knit, sew, etc., but so far she's a tomboy and not interested in these things at all. Makes me sad. Hopefully some day :)

Enjoy your time home from work and Happy Thanksgiving to everyone!

  86. Linda,

Thank you so much for the pattern for the mini quilt - it turned out darling! Please enter me in the party if it is still open. Also, thank you for the lovely cookie & fudge cookbook. I look forward to perusing it with my children to choose yummies to make for the Christmas season.

  87. Hi Linda,
This may give you a chuckle! I thought about entering the contest but don't remember if I did or not---the gray cells are going! I like to scrapbook, cross-stitch, make cards, knit a little, crochet. I haven't embroidered since I was a child but have the urge to pick it up again with your Winter All Year Long Quilt. If I haven't already entered please do place my name in the drawing. Thanks for the chance to win the kit. The quilt either way will go perfectly with my snowman decor in January :)

    Blessings on your day,
    Connie

  88. As I am towards the end...I may not win...but I have always wanted to quilt and this looks like an amazing way to start! :) You are always so generous Linda! :)
I am a knitter, mostly, though. Self taught and just keep on prodding along through different projects! :)

Thanks for the chance Linda! xo

  89. I sew clothes a lot and crochet a little. I have quilted some, but have not really finished anything. I think I would be able to finish your quilt - I love the colors. Thanks for sharing.
