A Few Valentine Gifts!

Hello sweet ladies,

I can't believe it is almost Valentines Day, just snuck up on me! Do you have any special ideas that you are going to do? A few years back I did a tutorial on how we made Strawberry Snowflakes at the college bakery. Thought I would share it with you again since we have added so many new followers. They are delicious and so so easy to make. After making up the strawberry slip it into a cellophane bag. Tie a ribbon around the top of the bag and add a Valentine tag. Simple and Sweet!

Last year we made these cupcakes.

Cherry Pepsi Float Cupcakes

Another easy recipe to make up... if you need a last minute gift.
...for some more ideas.

Thank you so for stopping by Prairie Flower Farm blog....I enjoy your company.......a lot!

Hugs to all you precious ladies,

Linda

  3. I have been sick, and have had no time to shop for anything, nor make anything for hubby or kids. I really am not up to baking today either. I feel horrible about it too. I guess they will just have to get a hug from me this year.

  4. Yummy! You have the greatest ideas Linda! I always have it in my mind to do this or that, and it seems that I never get to any of them! Now I have another of those deep coughing colds that I picked up yet again from my sweet 2 yr old grandson! He feels better, I feel worse! Over a week now! Please pray for daughter-in-love, she will be going in for surgery when the dr sets up the appt, for a large grapefruit size mass near, not on, her ovaries. She has been in tremendous pain for weeks. The drs say it shouldn't be malignant, but we know what surgery does, she will be hurting for a while! Pray for fast recovery and enough help for her husband (our son) with our grands. I don't have enough strength to do it alone!
    Thanks Linda,
    Happy valentines day!
Oh, your duck mama and chicken mama story is so funny! Reminds me of the ugly duckling that turned into a swan story!
    Hugs!

  5. I am doing a special dinner for my oldest son, his wife, and their boys, wife, great grand baby, and girlfriend. I did it last year for the first time. I use my china and crystal goblets and have lots of PINK decorations. That is my favorite color. I do have a little red. Haha!!!

  6. Blessings, Linda,
It's been a while since I've gone visiting. I'm terribly behind having been away for the birth of my little grandbaby. He was two weeks overdue and so my trip was extended. Upon arriving back home I was greeted by the flu. Having said all that...It's great to be home and able to pop in on some of my favorite blogs!
I hope you have a lovely Valentine's Day, Linda!
    Blessings in Jesus,
    Carolynn xoxo
