Little Duck is growing, very slowly!

Hello everyone,

Mr. Phil had to stop at the farm store and I needed to check my emails, because the apron pattern is being proofed and almost ready to be printed. I am so excited. Anyway we are still without internet. It is sooooo not fun, but I will not let that stop me! Smile! I took some pictures for you to see Little Duck. He is so small, you just can't believe it. He is very tame and loves to be held. He likes it when we put him in the big green bowl for a swim. I will be showing you a video of him swimming, when we get our internet back. Hope to have i tsoon. Please be praying sooner then later.

As you can see Little Duck is very tiny. He is a mallard.

You can see that the baby chicks are bigger then he is. We love him so much here
at Prairie Flower Farm!!!!! Hope you are enjoying the pic's.

He loves to sit in the food bowl.

Well........................ I still have some wonderful news from the Prairie Flower Farm, but can't write about it just yet. If the internet was working I could, so keep checking back. Blessings ladies and please keep leaving me comments.............. so I can keep up with what is going on in your lives! I love it!

Blessings,

  1. I am soooo glad to see that "Bartholomew" is in the lead for the ducks name. So distinctive!!

  3. Your little duck is adorable :) I feel your internet woes. We may be getting a faster, more economical high-speed internet out here in the sticks of MO. Hope so, and I certainly hope you're back up and running SOON! Miss ya. Hugs, Tammy

  9. The place I used to work at, had a pond with ducks...lots of them. Around April the baby ducklings hatch. They'are super cute and super tiny. You should see one running across the lawn. It's hilarious :) :) :) since they're so little they don't quack yet. They "cheep" :)

Much love and hugs from Oregon :)

  10. Linda~ I love seeing the little duck. I vote for Jack! but looks like it might be bartholomew..but that's ok. What beautiful weather we are having. I love seeing all the little calves in the fields romping and playing.
